Terms and Conditions
If the value of the goods is more than ₹20,000, the consignor must insure the goods.
The company is entitled to transport the goods at its own convenience.
Packing of the goods is mandatory.
The signature of the consignee is mandatory upon receipt of the goods.
85% payment will be made at the loading point and 15% payment will be made at the unloading point.
Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Council of India in Haldwani
